Trip Adviser Review 02

Noosa Flashpackers is fantastic. It has everything a backpacker needs and more - every little detail is thought about by Jo and Warick the owners, and you will be very well looked after!

I stayed for a week, and didn't want to leave. As the hostel is brand new (May 2010) it has all new, modern appliances, and is incredibly clean. Everything is cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard. It is only 5-10 minutes walk to Sunshine/Sunrise Beach and is right next to Noosa Heads National Park where we saw a wild Koala, Dolphins, Rays and Sea Turtles.

One of the things that makes Noosa Flashpackers stand out from the rest (and prompted me to write on here) was the effort that Warick and Jo go to to welcome you to their hostel - they treat you like family, and go the extra mile to learn your name by heart. It truely was a pleasure staying here, and I'm sad to be leaving. 

I know I won't find a better hostel in Australia, which is a great compliment to everyone here at Noosa Flashpackers!

A few things to mention about the hostel:

Huge 'rain' showerheads - AWESOME
Swimming Pool & BBQ - always welcome!
Free Wi-Fi - great to have this as many hostels try and charge for this
Great Staff - Makes it feel like home
Clean - Unlike a lot of hostels I have stayed in on this trip
Nintendo Wii - free to use and race your mates on
Massive TV - free DVD list to choose from too

There are so many other things that I can't even think about right now, and this review sounds like I'm being paid to write it, but I'm not... I feel that strongly about how great this place is.
